Anonymous asked: what was your workout routine? Did you do more swimming than running? Which is better for weightloss?
When I first started I did primarily cardio; 2 hours a day usually. (1 hour of swimming and 1 hour of running). Now I’ve added strength as well. And any cardio is good, but I really like swimming because it can actually help improve your breathing and ultimately make running easier. Also, its more of an arm workout than running is.
