Thank you c: well the longer you go into your healthy lifestyle journey the easier avoiding temptation gets. Something that I found helped with temptations was finding healthy alternatives. for a lot of things that can be tempting, there are ways to substitute the unhealthy ingredients and make it healthy. also, don’t deprive yourself. It’s okay to give into a snack or dessert every once in a while. just make sure it’s in moderation, and not very often.
and I work out different places. normally it’s at the gym or running out in my neighborhood or at a park c: I don’t really like working out in a small, confined place like my room.
