It was really hard in the beginning. I hated getting up and going to the gym. it was miserable. but I knew that If I didn’t work hard, that nothing was going to change. so I basically forced myself to do it. and now i’m so use to it that it doesn’t even really bother me anymore. and I prefer running outside, just because you get fresh air as well. plus I heard on Anderson this morning that when you run outside, there are all sorts of bumpy surfaces, rocks, twigs, etc. that you have to run over. and it forces you to use muscles that you otherwise wouldn’t on a flat surface. but a treadmill is definitely better than nothing! personally though, i’d just run early in the morning before the sun came out c:
