What do you mean by realistic? And everyones going to have different workout plans depending on how many days a week they go, and what areas they’re wanting to work on. I’ll give you my workout plan though. I go to the gym on my own 5 days a week. Day 1 I work on legs and core with 1 hour of cardio. So I do leg presses, slead pushes, lying leg curls, stair lunges, etc. Then for core I do floor to skies, mt climbers, box jumps, lying in and outs, flutter kicks, planks, and leg spreads. Day 2 I work chest and core with one hour of cardio. Decline and incline bench presses, peck Dec flys, vertical chest press, ect. Then I do burpees, jumping jacks, lying up and down legs, cross crunches, and planks. Day 3 I do back and core with 1 hour of cardio. I do seated row, lat pulldowns, front pulldown, high row, ab crunches, and side ab crunches. Then mountain climbers and floor to skies. Day 4 is shoulders and core with 2 hours of cardio. Isolated shoulder press, lateral raises, front raises, upright rows. then the same from day 1. Day 5 arms and core with 1 hour cardio. Wide grip curls, preacher curls, reverse grip pull downs, dips, overhead tricep extensions. Then the same as day 2. Day 6 I meet with my trainer and go over everything, then I get a full body workout with him.
