what. the. actual. fuck.

I’ve been on vacation for the past week. I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. I didn’t workout one time aside from swimming in the lake. I was sure that I had gained back at least 4 pounds. so I went to the gym today all sad like, knowing I was going to get in trouble from my trainer. weighed myself. LOST 5 POUNDS. how does that even work?! I just looked at it like O_O tf. I’m so excited though. I think my body was just getting burnt out on all the working out and needed a break. but i’m glad to be back on track. had an amazing session with my trainer. now i’m headed back to school with my old roommate to check out some houses c: this day went from shit to amazing real fast.
