ugh I hate that. I always get cravings when it’s that time of the month. but a lot of times I can either keep myself busy so I don’t think about it, or find alternatives. Try doing something you enjoy. for me, it’s painting. or like I said, find alternative sweets that are healthy. one thing that can really satisfy a craving is a bit of dark chocolate. it’s not awful for you, and it takes care of it. or there’s a healthy version of cheesecake that I have posted in my healthy recipes page as well c:
