Anonymous asked: What's your take on rest days? Why do some people say we need them?
Even though I don’t necessarily like rest days, they’re most definitely needed. Your body and muscles need a chance to repair themselves, and if you don’t take at least one rest day a week then it can end up causing some serious problems later on. If you absolutely have to work out 7 days a week, then at least take one day easier, like just doing some light walking or something.
