I want to use the other machines at the gym but feel self conscious and embarrassed because of the guys there because obviously I'm not as strong as them. I was kinda like that when I first started too, but they really aren’t paying any attention to what you’re doing. and even if they were, why should it matter? you’re doing this for you, and you shouldn’t give a flying fuck what anyone else thinks. get in there and use the machines, you’ll feel more comfortable with it after the first time or two. and you’ll start getting stronger too c:
