anni-girl asked: well, i have a question. my height is 171cm, my weight 65 kg. the picture in my avatar is me, so you can get an impression what my body looks like. i like my body, but i wanna be more toned. i do a lot of sport, i do cardio at leats 3 times a week (insanity or hiit) and lots of weight lifting (2-3 times a week). today i did hiit for about 20 minutes (sprints) and one hour zumba. i ate 2000 cals. and damn, i don't know if that is too much or too less!? how can i know that? :(
It’s such a complicated thing :((( unfortunately its going to be different for everyone. You need to calculate your bmr and never eat less than that number. With all the working out that you do, you probably need to be eating a bit more to nourish your body.

downtown-healthy asked: Do you still lose weight even though you don't count calories? I count and I was wondering if I could skip all that and still lose weight. Also, do you lose weight faster if you count?
It just depends on the person. Some people need to know exactly how many calories they’re eating to make sure they aren’t going over or under. I’ve been doing this for a long time so I can kinda estimate and still be okay. I don’t think counting makes it go any faster or slower.

Anonymous asked: isn't bad if you don't count your calories or at least estimate them because then you could be eating way more than you're suppose to
I’m a believer in the “eat when you’re hungry” method. If you’re hungry, then eat. It was getting insane with the obsessing over calorie counting. I know roughly how much I eat a day just because I’ve been doing this so long. I can tell when I’ve eaten too much, but normally I have a problem eating enough. I don’t get hungry a lot.

Anonymous asked: I've been having lots of problems with my family and it's been stressing me out of my mind. I start school on Monday and I'm already aware that I'll be drowning in work. I think all of the stress is slowing down my weight loss. I've tried everything to relax but I can't exactly avoid family situations nor will I be able to avoid the stress of school. It is affecting my sleep, my eating, I'm just sort of in a rut. Advice?
Ugh that sounds rough….. Stress definitely doesn’t help in weight loss. I know it can be difficult, but try to relax. Take a long hot bath and listen to soft music with no words. Go on a long slow walk outside. Color a picture. Do something that you love, that takes your mind off all the stresses.

Anonymous asked: How do you think I can get back my metabolism back? Because I'm going to eat unhealthy once in a while, and increase my intake by allitte, and I don't want to gain anything. all that hard work for nothing! :/
That’s the problem with diets babydoll…. :((( you weren’t eating enough calories, so your body went Into starvation mode and is holding on to all the fat stores. Once you start eating more, you’ll probably initially gain a bit back. But if you start eating the proper amount of calories, and making sure its for the most part healthy food… Your body will eventually come out of starvation mode, and your metabolism will speed up. The only thing I can tell you is to be careful, and not go over board on the unhealthy eating, and make sure you still maintain some form of exercise.

Anonymous asked: I think Im in starvation mode for about 2 months now, because of my diet,Ive been eating so little, but in 2 weeks im done dieting, and im still sticking being healthy, and stuff but not caring as much,do you think Im going to gain it all back,or mess up my metabolism? :o
Sadly, yes /: that’s why I’m so against diets. Going on and off them just fucks up your metabolism. It’s better to just develop a healthy lifestyle that you keep for the rest of your life rather than dieting.

wantabs-notflabs-deactivated201 asked: Should I do swimming or kickboxing? For swimming I would have to take one more lesson and then join swim team. But idk if I'm good enough..
what do you enjoy more? i’m absolutely in love with swimming, so that’s the one i’d chose. and don’t think you’re not good enough. before I started this I could barely swim for 10 minutes; and it took me forever to do just one lap. now i’m much better at it c: if you want to do it, go for it!~

melk-blossom asked: do you have any tips for battling cravings? i cant seem to get passed a week of healthy eating and exercise without giving into a craving and then binging
a lot of times if I get a really bad craving, I just look up a healthy alternative. there are tons of quick easy recipes for things that people tend to crave (cookies, cakes, chips, etc). make sure you’re eating enough too, a lot of times lack of proper nutrition can lead to binging. just try to stick to it, and it’ll get easier. promise <3
