So. This morning I woke up at 4am, drove to school (it’s a long commute), went to class all day, studied at the library for 4 hours, then came home and still managed to go on a pretty nice little run. I feel good :) usually I would have just skipped a workout for today.

DAY 65; (05/22/12)
OVERALL: uhhm.. overall today was kinda bad. not with my eating, just with life in general. I had to surrender the cats to the SPCA. I was just dying with my allergies, and the whole family agreed they’d be better off in a family without a bunch of people that are allergic to cats. so I spent most of the day sleeping due to the fact I had to take so much allergy medication. I didn’t get a chance to go to the gym. and I ate as much as I could, but honestly what I did eat I had to force down. being emotional and sad and sick makes me so not hungry. oh well. tomorrow will be a better day, i’m sure of it.

DAY 64; (05/21/12)
yeeeah i’m gonna start doing my diary entries like this instead c: much much easier in my opinion. and i’ll just write the overall right here.
OVERALL; today wasn’t a bad day. tried eating more, but still ended up under my goal. oh well. i didn’t workout today seeing as how it was my moms birthday. but tomorrow I definitely am c:

DAY FIFTY SIX; (05/13/12)

Food Intake:

  • English muffin with strawberry jelly.
  • Grilled chicken with vegetables
  • strawberry yogurt
  • a sugar biscuit… D; lol
  • Egg drop soup

Exercise:

  • Treadmill, 45 minutes. 550 cal burned. the whole time 15% increase
  • Lifted furniture
  • did a few random machines at the gym (legs, arms, abs)

Overall:

  • uhhhm I forgot to do this yesterday so i’m doing it now. i did it as best as i remember, so yeah. lol.

DAY FIFTY FIVE; (05/12/12)

Food Intake:

  • Honey Wheat English-Muffin with honey and an egg.
  • A spoonful of peanut butter.
  • A slurpee
  • Baked lemon-pepper tilapia

Exercise:

  • moved and loaded furniture for 2 hours D;
  • Treadmill; 15% incline- 33 minutes. 1.44 miles. 361 cal burned.
  • ab exercise machine, 20 reps of 100 on each side.
  • arm exercise machine, 40 reps of 120 lbs.
  • swam laps for about 30 minutes.

Overall:

  • Overall today was a pretty good day. this is the first time i’ve done a diary entry in a few days…. I just didn’t have internet access for a while, and I was moving and stressing over finals D; but i’m getting on track again! The gym kicked my ass today. going a few days without working out really made me out of shape, ugh. I can’t wait to get back into it. I think waking up early this morning and moving the rest of the furniture kind of jump started my day. I ended up getting everything on my to-do list done! I know I definitely need to keep up with these! c:

DAY FORTY TWO; (04/29/12)

Food Intake:

  • my yummy salad
  • an orange
  • strawberry banana smoothie
  • corn nuts
  • apple juice

Exercise:

  • Treadmill; 59.25 minutes. 3.21 miles. 634 feet climbed

Overall:

  • uuuuhm. I dun really know. I spent most of today studying. finals are coming up, so you’re about to see a lot less working out, and a lot less eating. I don’t eat when I’m stressed. but i’ll try :c I need sleep now.

DAY FORTY ONE; (04/29/12)

Food Intake:

  • My yummy fruit and walnut salad
  • yogurt
  • trail mix
  • banana
  • grapes

Exercise:

  • jump roped
  • did some weight lifting 
  • ran 1 mile
  • ab workouts (bicycle, crunches, etc)
  • suicides
  • other stuff idk

Overall:

  • Yeah… I think due to the fact that I woke up with an inbox full of hate I was just bound to not have a good day. I barely ate, because I just wasn’t hungry. I felt like shit all day. I might be getting sick, idk. but i’m tired and need sleep. so. yeah.
