I use to want that really bad. But when I started my journey I wanted to be skinny. Now I want to be fit and healthy. So I could really care less about whether I have protruding collar bones or a thigh gap.

I think I want this so bad that I’m willing to do literally anything. And I know if I get up and run before my body even really knows what’s going on then I’m better off. Plus the earlier you go, the better because then you have the whole rest of the day to do as you please :)

actually having a life, lol. Now all I do really is wake up, workout, eat, sleep, and repeat. I lost a lost of friends because I stopped drinking and stopped going out to eat. plus the fact they don’t understand I have to workout 6/7 times a week and don’t have time to just lay around like I did before. of course I miss being able to go out and enjoy a nice unhealthy meal whenever I wanted, and being able to hang out and drink. but I know that it was slowly killing me. I’d rather be proactive and work my ass off now, so I’m not sick and miserable later. but to answer your question, yes. I do miss a lot of it.

ooooh girl. Let me tell you. lol, I feel better literally all around. My mind is clear, and I don’t struggle with any of the self hate that I use to feel. I can walk up flights of stairs, or across campus without being exhausted. I have more confidence. My Asthma, High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure is all gone. Doctors said I no longer am at risk for Diabetes. I just feel like a completely different person… I can’t even describe it. I’m happy for once.
